For all products purchased at our points of sale and through www.sayastores.com , there is a period of up to 7 days from receipt of the order to make changes, which are made with the receipt and/or purchase order. It is important to note that the product cannot have signs of use and/or deterioration as this will prevent the change from being made, in addition to having the original packaging and labels. Our team will examine the item upon receiving it to ensure that it complies with all of the above. Saya Stores does not refund or exchange products that are on SALE.
