Any person who wishes to access and / or subscribe and / or use the Site and / or acquire the Products may do so subject to these Terms and Conditions, together with all other policies and principles that govern the WEBSITE and that are incorporated herein directly or by reference or that are explained and / or detailed in other sections of the Site . Consequently, all visits and all contracts and transactions carried out on this WEBSITE , as well as their legal effects, will be governed by these rules and subject to the applicable legislation in Peru.

1. Legal capacity

6. Dispatch of Products

7. Exchange and Return Policy

WARRANTY

If the failure is due to a deficiency in the Product, the User will be entitled to exchange it for another identical Product, or to request a refund of the amount paid as indicated on the purchase receipt or invoice.

8. Refunds

Once the refund is approved, the processing time varies depending on the payment method used. For a purchase made with a credit card, debit card or methods that allow the refund to be made through an associated account, the refund will be made to the card or the associated account. For bank deposit methods or cash payments, a bank deposit will be made.

13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws in force in the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or compliance, shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Lima, Peru.

14. Product Availability

The availability of the Products offered through the WEBSITE may vary depending on customer demand. Although the COMPANY updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In such case, the COMPANY will contact the User by email or telephone to inform him/her of the impossibility of fulfilling the order.
